Good morning. Right now it's 5 40 a.m. And I'm in the prayer room. I've just had such a burden in my heart and in my spirit to pray, to pray for our nation, to pray for our world at this time. We need to return to the Lord. We need to return to righteousness. And I know that God honors the prayers of his people. And so I want to invite you to join me right now for the five-minute prayer time. Actually, I call it the five-minute faith lift. Just time in God's presence. You know, when we spend time with him, he restores our sense of direction. And there's so much going on in the world today, and things are shaking, and things are going to continue to shake because God said, I am going to shake the heavens and I am going to shake the earth. So how do we as believers respond? How do we keep our faith steady? How do we live in peace when circumstances around us are not peaceful? But you know, the Bible is so clear about the power of his presence in our lives. And when we pray, and when we come into his will and into agreement with him, there is a peace that comes into our life that passes understanding. We don't understand it. When things are shaking and circumstances are moving around us, we can be in peace. And I'm truly experiencing that because I know that God has been um anointing my time with Him. And so I wanted to open this up and share it with you all, share it with the friends of the Father's house, because I believe that God hears our prayer. So right now I want to read a scripture, 2 Chronicles 7:14. If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. Verse 15 goes on to say, My eyes will be open and my ears attentive to every prayer made in this place. Isn't that powerful? Jeremiah 32, 17 says, Ah, Lord God, thou hast made the heavens and the earth by your great power and your outstretched arm. And there is nothing too difficult for you. We can think that the circumstances are too difficult, but they are not too difficult for God. As a matter of fact, I want to share a scripture out of Isaiah 45 where it literally says this in verse 8. It says, I form the light and I create darkness, I make peace, and I create calamity. I the Lord do all these things. Rain down you heavens from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness, let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it. Isn't that powerful? We think that things that are going on in the world have caught God by surprise. No, no, no, no. Actually, this says that He literally creates peace and he literally creates calamity. I believe that right now, what is happening in our nation and in the Middle East, etc., that God is in control and he has a plan that He, that God Himself is executing. So we need to pray right now. And I want to go ahead, just join with me. Father, we just come to you in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, we declare that you are Elohim. You are the mighty, sovereign God, you are the God of unlimited power. Lord God, you are El El Yon. You are the God most high. And God, we declare that there is no God like Jehovah. There is no God like our God. There is no Savior like our Jesus. And Father, we thank you that nothing is too difficult for you. And so, Lord, right now, this morning, we want to take time and lift up our nation. We want to lift up our leadership. We want to lift up our president. We want to lift up his cabinet. We want to lift up our Congress and our senators and our House of Representatives. And Father, we prayed and we joined together in agreement, praying for your spirit to move in our nation's capital. We are praying for your spirit to open hearts to you. That Lord God, there would be a turning to righteousness in our nation, that Lord God, there would be turning back to your word in our nation. Father, we call it forth. We call it forth, Lord God, that people in this nation, your believers and even unbelievers, Father, that there would be a move of your spirit that would call us back to your word. Give us a hunger for more of you. Father, we humble ourselves before you. We turn from our wicked ways. And Lord, we seek your face. We pray for forgiveness, Lord, for where we have allowed uh things of this world to become greater in our focus than you in your presence, in your will in our lives. Father, we repent. We repent, Father, for perhaps if we have opened our heart to things of the world and those have taken more place in our heart than your kingdom, in your presence. God, forgive us, wash us, purify us, cleanse us, Lord God, because Lord God, cleansing starts in the house of God. And so, Father, we turn our hearts back to you this day. We turn our hearts back to you this day, Father. We pray for our families. And we declare, Lord, that we're going to guide our families back to your word. We're going to take time in your word. We're going to take time reading it. Even if it's five minutes a day, Father, let us gather with our families inside our homes, Lord, and dedicate our homes back to you. Because, Lord, revival starts in one. And Lord God, let it start in me. Let it begin in me. Let me burn with your fire. Let me burn with your power. Let me burn with your presence, oh God. We declare that our houses will serve the Lord. Father, that is our prayer for this day. Lord, as we pray for a nation, we pray for ourselves first. Because Lord, that's where 2 Chronicles 7.14 starts. It says, if my people who are called by my name would humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and my people turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven. I will forgive their sins and I will heal. I will restore their land. God, we're crying out to you this day from a repentant heart, from a heart that says, Father, forgive me. We're crying out for you. We're crying out for your presence and in my life, in our lives, in my home, in our homes, Father, that we would be a shining light for your kingdom. In Jesus' mighty name we pray. And we all say together, Amen. Amen. Thank you for joining me today. And we'll be back for day two for another prayer topic. Have a great day. God bless.
